I’ve messed around with plenty of supplements and nootropics from grey area research chemical companies over the years Yeah, you can eek out another 1% here and there with a methodically timed protocol, but this is meant to be the cherry on top The biggest needle mover for me has been optimized SLEEP! 🛌 💤

Have been working on sleep for a while. Seem to have pretty much cracked it. Only problem is it involves super early bedtime so social stuff can get in the way. Not perfect but as close as you can get whilst still living a normal life

I agree. It helps to build a culture around it- so it’s a reframe. I’m not ‘saying no to late plans,’ I’m actually bringing my best self to the table the following day which leads to a whole new set of events and opportunities
