A proper night’s sleep can be optimized very easily with a few easy to implement choices The first one is cutting off screen time 2 or so hours before bed. The blue light emanated from your devices can suppress melatonin production. I recommend leveraging warm colors before bed to shift you into a restful state

I know someone who swears by taking apple cider vinegar in the mornings. They drink around 10 pints of beer a night. Focus on the big things before the little things

Have been working on sleep for a while. Seem to have pretty much cracked it. Only problem is it involves super early bedtime so social stuff can get in the way. Not perfect but as close as you can get whilst still living a normal life
