I’ve messed around with plenty of supplements and nootropics from grey area research chemical companies over the years Yeah, you can eek out another 1% here and there with a methodically timed protocol, but this is meant to be the cherry on top The biggest needle mover for me has been optimized SLEEP! 🛌 💤

A proper night’s sleep can be optimized very easily with a few easy to implement choices The first one is cutting off screen time 2 or so hours before bed. The blue light emanated from your devices can suppress melatonin production. I recommend leveraging warm colors before bed to shift you into a restful state

Another big sleep optimizer actually begins with your wakeup protocol 🥱 Your eyes have what are called ‘retinal ganglion cells’ which are photosensitive (responsive to light) 👁️ Getting sunlight first thing in the morning can sync your circadian rhythm and set the tone for the rest of the day 🌅
