So basically guys without power badge will have even more hard times?

How about the onboarding and retention?

Most new accounts lurk and don't post. But for those that do we're going to work on boosting good ones.

I appreciate what you are trying to achieve, but respectfully none of these things are something a new user can action but rather what others can, so new users are still feeling like they are battling against a system essentially muting them.

I really want to like it here, it just feels like I'm talking into the void.
