My take after thinking on "Merkle doesn't listen to its users" is that if you put the work into your request, they will help you. Same thing for Base. When we have asked for something, the team has helped/documented/prioritized that thing. Can't think of anything they haven't done for us or outright ignored.

they definitely listen -- and are consistently putting out new features (re: app store update today) i imagine this as building a marble palace but stepping on a stone in the entrance every time you walk in FC users and this new AI and post-my space era is unique -- many users are are cracked, solution driven devs, many also have built apps before so know and can feel what they want they are also constantly encouraged to build.. but it's annoying to say build but don't worry about building the main app -- everyone has extreme use of AAA social apps so the bar is high for expectations because the surface area of asks will increasingly grow as new features are added biggest problem here is solid dev / community member that's found a problem, come up with a solution and communicated it -- to not know where it stands and not see it fixed might as well say "you're value is not being prioritized and is definitely not heard" luckily this place is full of veteran builders and operators is there a dev or community place that can track fixes to consolidate -- the devs / community can make this too?
