Product idea: autocaster

it's a tool that helps you set up autocasts for anything that happens onchain. 

In jake's case it would be sending a tweet everytime there is an ATH. For others it could be for certain actions like trading, creating etc.

Why would it need token spend permissions? It would just need to watch the chain and cast based on triggers.
