I feel like the way they handled Ant should work pretty well on wemby:

Put an elite defender on him
Blitz constantly w another elite defender
Still have rim protection

You *must* beat the thunder with a secondary creator *and* elite role playing shooters. How Dylan Harper develops will be key. They also need to hit on their role players. 

I do think wemby will be better at making the mid range game harder for Shai and jdub, and the thunders one important weakness is 3 pt consistency
