Does anyone have a recommendation for a digital interactive device suitable for a toddler? Non phone/non iPad

Context is we're in US suburbia for a short while with extended family and my son is not at all used to going everywhere in a car — as a DC city kid we walked everywhere

So I need something to occupy him for 5-10 mins as we go from A to B

If they are old enough. Id suggest to get them one of those erasable drawing pads. (Like a modern etch e sketch)

Or if younger. One of the “coloring books” where you draw with water and the page gets colored. 

And car snacks.
