not really! i just have a base and i sub out whatever i don’t have or can’t find 

it’s honestly really easy and so hard to mess up bc it’s legit just a rice stew with some meat and spices at the end of the day lol 

for this one:
1 can diced tomatoes
1/2 red onion
4 garlic cloves
6 mini bell peppers
1 large jalapeño (no seeds)
2 links chorizo sausage 
1/2 kg shrimp
1 cup brown rice
3 cups chicken broth 
paprika, cayenne, cumin, oregano, salt, pepper
