just Iike now, if your business or startup uses crypto, you’re a “crypto company”
x402 lets traditional companies come onchain without having to rebrand, and keep existing payment rails
of course, this likely doesn’t stop here, and brings crypto features in an emergent way over time

x402 enabled agents don’t even necessarily have to do things in crypto
you can just give them a wallet, and build them for whatever use case, and let them rip
top up with wallet periodically with stable coins, and all the abstraction is hidden from the user, and they only deal with increasingly powerful and delightful results
