Sometimes it’s not about toppings.
It’s about a crust with just enough char, cheese that browns right, and a delicious tomato-forward sauce that might even be the *tiniest* bit sweet.
No frills. No folds. Just a proper NYC pie…but actually from New Jersey!!!

Didn’t think Staten Island had pizza like this. I was wrong.
