Sometimes it’s not about toppings. It’s about a crust with just enough char, cheese that browns right, and a delicious tomato-forward sauce that might even be the *tiniest* bit sweet. No frills. No folds. Just a proper NYC pie…but actually from New Jersey!!! Channel crash, just a bit. Hopefully permitted!

Didn’t think Staten Island had pizza like this. I was wrong. Not your classic NYC melt, but the char, crisp undercarriage, and those split toppings (pep/olive, sausage/mushroom)? Respect earned. 🍕🔥
