Hey @seneca and the @rounds team. Something's not right with my current round. It does not pick up the casts it's supposed to pick up. The casts are in the channel, they have used the given tag and they have been liked/recasted by channel members (who are selected as the curators). Still, only 1 is showing up in rounds. What am I doing wrong?

reporting another issue on rounds, users submissions aren't showing up on (mine included) /luminary and /lum-protocol even after being verified by the host

i’ve been having issues concerning my rounds for a few months now, i’ve tried reaching out before but no one paid me any mind.
these are some of the problems that occasionally happens
-likes from eligible voters don’t count
-even likes from the creator of the rounds doesn’t make my submission reflect
-my points get stuck
i sent a dc to the creator seneca, making this post in hopes that he checks his dcs
cc: @seneca
please if there’s anyway anyone could help amplify or draw his attention to this post i’d really appreciate it

An update on Rounds:
We've struggled to find a path towards sustainability, so we've downsized from a team of ~four to two. While there are no plans on sunsetting any time soon, we’re shifting focus toward automation so it can largely run on its own.
Thx to everyone who’s supported us so far. More updates soon.

does anyone know of a better way to reach out to @seneca or the rounds support crew (if any)?
if you can help direct their attention to the quoted cast, i’ve been getting complaints from friends concerning issues/bugs in rounds.wtf (also experienced some myself).
