I’d like a setting to keep service-critical notifications from mobile apps on, while turning off promotional ones. For example, I still want that banner or popup informing that my Uber driver is nearby, but not the random Uber ad in-between rides. Mobile notifications are way too intrusive to ever be used for unsolicited purposes. I end up silencing or removing apps entirely because I can’t selectively mute them, which is a lose-lose situation. Of course, getting apps to behave nicer would be best, but almost no useful service app on my phone offers a setting to turn off promos

Woke up annoyed because someone is spreading misinformation on my video 😭. I always spend so much time making sure the stuff I say is true, why can’t others do the same? This comment prob took 3 seconds and ZERO research. And at least 47 people have believed it UGH

they dont like me complainin bout this but likkkkkeee it actually is not fun to have max level metabolism i dont think its possible for me to become obese (yay) but bro there are no reserves if i do not eat within an hour of waking, the likelihood of A Bad Day increases by 66.66% if i repeat this for multiple days i can legit feel my body eat itself , i get noticeably sore and jittery its like not even eating to become full, its like you have to eat to maintain minimal function & if you miss a feeding there are almost immediate consequences

AARGHH. The walls we run into. A large NGO based in The Netherlands just informed me they do not take crypto "pending an investigation into the ecological footprint of blockchain transactions". This slow adoption pace will be there downfall and that saddens me deeply. They do good work, but they really f*cked this up.

will these “benefits” always stay locked behind a paywall? or is there a plan to eventually make them available to everyone? i keep wondering if instead of gating the basics, the pro tier focused on actually innovative features more aligned with the onchain world? stuff that pushes the format forward, not just catches up to 2015.
