i think im gonna rewrite @catalogdotclick. v0.0.1 got great feedback from artists and creators, but ya'll deserve more. can’t add features to the current MVP, and the @lens react sdk isn’t ready, so i mixed pure typescript with it and that was a nightmare. v1.0.0 will be typescript only <3

the major problem with lens is that they’ve built incredible technology, yet the team neither supports nor utilizes it (like building a cathedral that the priests refuse to enter). this leads me to wonder: when the time comes, will we be ready to take over this entire infrastructure on our own?

I know that this might not fit in on FC, but this message needs to be shared and amplified.
Lens team is literally not present on lens, zero fucks comms and no fucking direction shown.
As one of the older users on the platform and someone with VOICE there, I, today addressed Stani this way, after a while not posting on his own platform he showed up with the post on this cast.

How come founders and team don't use their own product, sir?
How come all of you post more on Twitter, than on Lens, sir?
How come you built Lens to be a resilient and decentralised protocol/platform to become THE alternative to all the other shit around, that even deplatformed you for a while (hence the idea of creating Lens) and you keep spending more time and energy there than on Lens, sir?
How come it seems that you and Lens team doesn't give a fuck about us here, sir? Prove me I'm wrong, not by words, but by actions.
Most of the OGS that are still here, are not shouting for an airdrop, sir.
We simply want clear communication, sir.
We want to see a roadmap, sir.
Roadmaps and deadlines likely fail, but then they are adjusted accordingly, sir.
I understand that is overwhelming to be tagged xxxxx times, sir.
But you don't need to reply to each individually, sir. Some of us, you should read, listen and take notes, sir.
Fix that with a PR/SMM gathering what we say, and post updates and answers.
Your team is fading away sir. Lots of users too, sir. Apps? Almost all died.
They are not shifting for the competitors, as you call them. They leave to other platforms bcs there's clear communication and in some cases a weekly plan, sir. New features, partnerships, apps and more.
BETTER TEAMS MAKE BETTER PRODUCTS, SIR.
Lens users are very disappointed with you, sir. Your investors either sir. I know some of them and I hear them, sir.
We're doing some great stuff here, sir. But there's no new users coming in, sir. Onchain stats don't lie, sir.
I understand Aave is huge, sir. But look, Lens could be THE deso everyone wanted. You can't keep ignoring and letting us all down sir.
You and your management team should focus on Lens, sir. We need dedicated people here, sir.
If Lens Labs can't cope with that, please put it on the market or handover the Lens top position to some of your top investors, sir.
Do not take this personal, you helped me once when I lost my Lens handle, you supported me + TMB sometimes (collects + tips) and the community in general when the collects were on fire (and more).
PS- If Lens dies as a product, the community will carry its lessons, power and vibe elsewhere, sir.
