Last night I caught myself doing a jiujitsu move I’d only seen Ottavia Busia-Bourdain do and instantly missed her.
She and her partner are both incredible grapplers, but disappeared from the scene 5 years ago.
It was really special to train alongside them.
I’m reminded that whenever you are in a room of special people it won’t last forever and you should take advantage of it.
