Honestly unsure, but is GitHub UX getting very sloppy?
Over the past weeks at least, existing features seem to behave differently. I’m mostly in PRs, rest of the time just shell. The PR system seems weirdening in two ways. Existing feature change oddly, and heavy reliance on LLM code creates fat PR with comments showed in many places.
Or I’m just getting old and unable to catchup?

Is there any GitHub bot that can do this?
1. Search all GitHub issues and discussions in a repo
2. Find all occurrences of `Foo` in comments left by users
3. Replace `Foo` with `Bar`

anyone else having weird behaviors from actions? my workflows are getting stuck in a queued state, and the fancy auto scroll collapsing display from the agent output is massive wall o text - no fancy auto collapse groups.
the stuck in queued state is the annoying part, though
