liver roll
for the base:
800g chicken liver
2 tbsp sour cream
50g butter
10g cooking oil
salt, spices
for the filling:
3 eggs
80g cheese
50g butter
salt, spices, garlic
preparation:
1. wash the liver thoroughly, remove all veins
2. fry in oil for 3 minutes. add salt, spices, sour cream and simmer under a lid for about five minutes. let it cool
3. place the liver in a blender, add butter and blend until smooth
4. for the filling, grate boiled eggs and cheese on a fine grater, transfer to a bowl, add softened butter, salt, spices, garlic and blend with an immersion blender until smooth
5. spread plastic wrap on the table, spread the liver mixture into a rectangle. spread the filling evenly over the liver mixture and roll it into a tight roll
6. refrigerate for several hours, or better yet, overnight
