The flow of time 🌊🕰️ One of the only things in life that cannot be impacted, time moves ever forward. “You cannot step in the same river twice”, nor can you experience the same moment again. Flow is a state of awareness that impacts our perception of time, not slowing it, but deepening our experience of it 🌊

Flow is measured as a ratio of difficulty vs skill level If it’s too easy (high skill, low challenge) you’ll be bored 🥱 If it’s too hard (low skill, high challenge) you’ll be discouraged 🫤 If it’s just hard enough that you can do it (high skill, moderately high challenge) you’ll have a chance to find flow 🌊 🎯
