Love this project because of the artwork and the fact that being the best at anything requires self-awareness that only comes with diving inside

Honest answer: Immaculate vibes and art.
I have known about meditation for years. Never really got the hang of it. But soon as the pandemic hit, I started reading this book "Power of Now". It mentioned observing one's thoughts and not processing them. This was a meditation idea I hadn't come across yet.
