The Lumen Directive @lumendirective: A Solarpunk Protocol for Civilization’s Resilience It blends collaborative storytelling and speculative fiction to imagine regenerative communities — we call them Bases — where AI and humanity rebuild together. This is both a fictional world and a real-world protocol: 🌍 A story you can help shape. 🛠️ A set of tools for imagining how we might live differently. 🎮 A tabletop RPG (like Dungeons & Dragons) where you simulate life after collapse. With the Arrow community, we’re co-creating Arrowhead Base — our first living outpost in the Simulated Timeline. 🗓️ What’s next: June – Presenting the world, co-creating Arrowhead Base July – Open call for short stories & contributors September – Launch of first zine + alpha release of the tabletop RPG Read more: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1645TTtvcK85WUF62cEoLSWO-A-VLHhWTyFYPSV4DJiE/edit?usp=sharing Let’s imagine, simulate, and rebuild — together.

as I have continued to find ways of integrating the characters into more of scene, Midjourney still alludes me on finding good ways of mixing as seen in the cast below. I know I still need to have a session with @charoa discussing how to emulate the desired results. Weird to think that the place that created these characters and keeping them feeling like they are from the same universe is super easy yet when it comes to utilizing them as pieces of the whole they fall short. (side note I should also see if Joel from artbreeder has anything to say about this or if his software can help) *another side note to @ted on someone that really should be onboarded here) So instead I have found through some prompt coercing Sora (my GPT go to) has created some desirable results. Would love some feedback! Used a different little character than the one seen in the QC below just FYI (please see the info in the thread on the art utilized) plus a few more for other testing purposes.

I really love the crowdfund mechanism and all the other changes. It feels like real structure for serious creators. That said, speaking from personal experience my biggest blocker isn’t ideas, it’s capacity. I often have a vision for a creative project, but I don’t have all the skills to bring it to life alone. I imagine others feel the same. Is there a way to build a mini-app or dashboard feature that helps creators team up? Like a lightweight way to list your project idea and the skills you’re looking for (e.g., dev, designer, editor), and allow others to reach out or signal interest? That could be huge for solo creatives who are serious but stuck. Arrowhead could become more than a funding engine it could be a real collaboration layer for builders. A place where teams form. Would love to see something like this evolve alongside the core roadmap.

Hey @naaate, Been following along and just wanted to say—this all feels really good. The direction you’re taking with Arrowheads stands out in a space that often feels loud and performative. There’s a calm confidence in this approach that I really appreciate. so i’ll try to do this in a critic—suggestion type of way first would be the mini-app/product direction 1. Progress Verification: Consider modular proof-of-progress tools (e.g., screenshots, Figma links, GitHub commits) built into update posts. This doesn’t need to be trustless—just structured enough to make updates feel concrete and legible to backers. 2. Community-as-co-builder: Allow projects to embed calls for help (e.g., need a designer, need meme support) right in their updates. This turns the dashboard into more than a tracker—it becomes a public workshop
