Got my real estate license in Alaska when I was 22. ;) Not practicing anymore. Way too many kids. 🤣

Booming. My highest deal was a mini mall for 2.1 million at 22 years old. I held the highest stats on the peninsula for two months and was the youngest agent at the time in Alaska. Not enough homes for the amount of loan applications. Definitely a sellers market right now in Kenai. My house has increaed significantly in the past year easy over 100k.
I worked for Keller Williams, Matt Dimick owns the anchorage office. I still have all my connections of course. If you’re on Facebook, start adding the Alaska agents! They might have leads to send and vice versa. 

Kenai has signed a huge billion dollar deal for the LNG pipeline with Japan. We were warned our town is going to increase in houses and people. It’s very new still so any real estate agents, this is their time!
