haha that’s awesome! I have a few weird hail stories. my weirdest one was in the middle of summer in north carolina. it was like 90+ degrees, clear skies, and then all of a sudden a torrential downpour of hail. we were as a whole very shocked. most of us were running around with our kids in the cul-de-sac. we all scattered seeking cover. a few of us took refuge under a neighbors boat parked in the middle. after about 20 minutes it all melted as if it never occurred. I kept a couple of golf ball sized chunks in my freezer until another freak storm a few weeks later knocked out the entire areas power after lightning struck multiple transformers. that was a wild few months! 😂🫶🏻
