Can you say more about this? Like you wish that people could buy and own the legitimate version of your casts? Or you wish they were saved to the blockchain? What importance does “mintable” have to you in this context?

yeah good q there is an impermanence to snapchain casts, and I assume I won't pay for storage forever etc I just like the idea that someone (maybe for $1 or some cheap ~tip, maybe free / for gas), could just.. "save" it ~forever into their ~own collection. Almost like a super bookmark. I think I would use this? not super often, but not never either does that make sense?

What you said makes sense but I personally disagree The world moves at an increasingly fast pace and I think that we tend to overestimate how often we'll look back at pieces of content. I also think that if Farcaster wins, something being on snapchain will be just as good as something on Ethereum.

idk tbh, maybe. Some combination of super-tipping and getting a little collectible for it like if you went to a great concert, you might not hold onto the ticket forever. But you might hold onto it for a bit, because there's some emotion captured there

Yeah I feel that and I’ve held onto concert tickets and wristbands but ultimately I think it’s a romantic way to view things and they just end up in the junk drawer unfortunately
