If there‘s a dev, community, they‘ll either take their Token Share at Launch or at some point via a revenue stream, at least grant / payment, from Token holders to support this project.

I‘m pretty sure the „Culture Trend projects“ aka 0 value memes will try to capture some value flow too, grow stakeholder value, or turn into a small niche phenomen (a few standout memes, some trading, but < 0.1% of overall crypto liquidity when all others offer revenue, utility - which can still take a while)
