you don’t understand. they put ribeye steaks on a spit and then slice the charred thin outer layer off onto the tortilla.

Honestly I thought that the carnitas was the best one there. This one was good too but I don’t crave it.

Yeah I liked all of them, need to go back and try the chicken since I usually wouldn’t order chicken but heard good things

the carnitas and trompo are neck and neck for me; the asada with potatoes also great. have you been to Cariñito yet?

what i didn't want to reveal to anyone was that there was a carnitas taco on the right side of my tray
