I have a quick, dumb question re: @frames - basically seeing recommendations for a refresh button but I don't see how to implement one. Is it just a redirect to the same route? cc @df @stephancill?

One more quick dumb question: is there a way to cache bust? Seems like embeds on warpcast.com (pic 1) isn't updating even as frame validator (pic 2) is. 

I'm generating the image in the route, so not sure if/how the image-cache example would apply...
