1.5 years into being a founder: my biggest surprise has been the physical toll. Any others go through the same journey?

6 hours in a desk chair, 8 hours laying down on my couch, 14 hour work days.

Trying to fix that now! But it’s like starting at square one. If I run 3 miles I’m wiped.

RHR was -10 lower on the 1.5 weeks paternity leave (screaming newborn and no outside assistance) I got than the previous 6 months as a FT founder. 

I put on ~30lbs over 3 years

The toll founding takes is very real.
