we need an official BasePaint Masterpieces account on here, x, and possible a native site or even a separate tab on basepaint.xyz itself. its hard to only share os link. people have consistently asked me if its legit or a scam. thoughts @zherring @w1nt3r ?

Great call out, I can share that feedback. It's a community-owned project with folks like @judebuffum being contributors, so they'd need to own the socials. Also BP is CC0, so IMO all derivative art is legit, but Masterpieces fed profits into canvas mints as more legit. Not sure how to signal that besides linking 🤔

good to know about the CC0 licensing. For starters I feel, even putting in it the drop-down (attached screenshot) would be a nice to have. maybe later, and that depends on how people involved think, giving it a separate tab similar to that of gallery, but for mp's. but maybe thats a stretch, just thinking out loud here
