I'm trying to teach myself to lucid dream. Has anyone here been able to do it? Tips? Tricks?

it's interesting but i've always been too lazy for that 🙂 and i also don't want to mess with my brain too much, never know the consequences..

Understandable, I definitely feel like I'm dipping my toes into some weird mental territory with it. So far I've been practicing the FILD technique, which is basically waking yourself up when you're deep into sleep and using finger movements and a reality check to try and induce lucidity. I've actually had a handful of times where I realize I'm dreaming, but I haven't been able to control anything yet. It's so stereotypical, but the first thing I want to try is....fly 😂

i've had this experience only once, naturally - just realized in the middle of the dream that i was sleeping; but couldn't do anything else as well :) 
curious to see updates on your progress as you go!

I'm determined to do it. You'll all be the first to know if I take mental flight! :)
