Understandable, I definitely feel like I'm dipping my toes into some weird mental territory with it. So far I've been practicing the FILD technique, which is basically waking yourself up when you're deep into sleep and using finger movements and a reality check to try and induce lucidity. I've actually had a handful of times where I realize I'm dreaming, but I haven't been able to control anything yet. It's so stereotypical, but the first thing I want to try is....fly 😂
