Made 3yo dinner today.
Fried rice - leftover rice, bell peppers, eggplant, spring onion, carrots, egg, and a dash of tsuyu + tumeric for flavor
Sunomono - cucumber, daikon, rice vinegar, okinawan sugar, okinawan citrus, tiny bit of soy sauce
Baked sweet potato and cherry tomatoes - an odd combo but it works 4 replies
