I want to share a story about my Solana Phone Seeker order…

On May 22, 2025, my order was canceled because I couldn’t confirm the shipping country. At that moment, I was located in a country not eligible for delivery, and the cancellation was processed on May 22, 2025.

The online support agent told me that the refund would be issued to my wallet within 3–5 business days. Today is June 5, 2025… and I still haven’t received any money.

I’ve emailed Solana Mobile support multiple times and have been completely ignored.

Why is this happening? Why hasn’t the refund been issued within the promised time frame? Why am I being ignored?

I’m asking for help in resolving this issue and posting this message to draw the attention of Solana Mobile so they can finally address the problem.
