Def doing M4. Was thinking 32 gb ram, 512 ssd should be more than enough 

Does anyone have strong opinions on the air vs pro? 

My current one is a pro I bought 6 years ago. Seems like there’s a “lightweight / aesthetic” argument to the air which might be worth thinking about

i always get the highest spec pro i can afford at the time, and i've never thought about doing anything else

did the same for 2 decades until last year -- i think the Air is superior now, better form factor (for me atleast)

iirc actual performance is almost indistinguishable
