I hold CITY NOUN # 5 , and own the second largest volume of token of any individual token holder. I have not been consulted or included in any conversations public or private concerning initial governance frameworks. These two props have been rushed from backdoor conversations into a founder sybille controlled vote to consolidate centralized control over what was always meant to be an open decentralized organization. https://nouns.build/dao/base/0xe8af882f2f5c79580230710ac0e2344070099432/vote/38 Currently, an unelected body of unidentified individuals who have not staked in to the DAO are being proposed as a centralized governance body with broad and general power reinforced with opaque , undefined language like "gorilla documentation"

This is not how DAOs operate and certainly not how the launch. @zamees if you keep operating this way , you are going to tank CN before it even gets going. No one wants to work for you , or for a "Council" appointed by you, we are Decentralized and Autonomous. We come to give freely of that which we have to give and to participate in what ways we can and see fit to. Your proximity to the original idea of City Nouns has no baring on your influence to its governance in a decentralized system, and the clear on chain record of your actions is quite damning.
