Leghimat, Legeimat, or Legimat is a sugary dessert of Bushehr and some Arab countries, sometimes called Loqaimat too. These are small fried dough bites sweetened with a lot of sugar sherbert. Laghimat of Bushehr is made with date syrup, rice flour, and eggs.
