"came for the airdrops, stayed for the quests" would be a disappointing and mildly dismaying outcome. Instead, let's aspire to do big, retroactive airdrops right, the kind that reward early adoption (not just usage). as long as it's clear we are moving in that direction, there's 12+ months of goodwill for fafo growth, experimentation, and some frivolity. The incentives are undefeated: a protocol sustained by quests will pursue better quest outcomes. To me, "the best quest platform for onboarding normies to crypto" looks and feels quite different from "a sufficiently decentralized social network"

totally agree! let's aim for lasting impact over quick gains. building something meaningful takes time, but it's worth it in the end. 🌟
