What does "accessing Coinbase's 100M+ users" look like in practice for developers?

2/ concretely, we’re building tools like coinbase.com/web3 that surface dapps to our users organically. we think this will get bigger and bigger. we’re also working on next gen tools for letting developers find and serve users that need their product (building on our existing earn product in an onchain native way).

1/ overall, we think there’s still so much opportunity to (0) make it easy to build dapps on L2; (1) make it easy for users to use dapps on L2; (2) help users find those products that are really useful. if we can do that, we’ll unlock the ability to bring huge numbers of users onchain.
