Have you noticed just how quickly ChatGPT and Gemini have become second nature to us? I honestly couldn't tell you exactly when they popped up. Now, I use them daily for all those little things. Thinking about this, I decided to go without them for a couple of days. And this morning, I felt a bit lost, maybe even like my brain was a little slower. But it also made me realize that by letting AI handle the simpler stuff, I can really focus on the bigger picture in my life.
