Ahh yeah very much. Carbon steel pans are great nonstick, flexible, lightweight (as far as heavy pans go). There are cheaper brands, and there are a few good casts out there to reference about pans if you are interested:

Any halfway decent carbon steel pan would do, but blanc creatives has excellent craftsmanship and using it gives me a warm fuzzy feeling inside
