At 40, the eagle faces a brutal truth: evolve or die. Its talons curve too much to catch prey. Its beak bends, useless for tearing. Its feathers grow heavy, grounding its flight. Only two choices remain: Give up… or endure a painful rebirth. It retreats to a mountaintop. Alone. There, it breaks off its own beak. Waits as a new one grows. Then it tears out its old talons. Next, it rips away the weighty feathers. 150 days of agony, silence, and isolation. But then — it soars again. Reborn. Stronger. Lighter. Ready for 30 more years of life. Sometimes, we must do the same. Let go of what holds us back — Old habits. Limiting beliefs. Comfort zones. Transformation hurts. But the freedom that follows? Unstoppable.

Thanks for that, @eduardmsmr You’re right choosing to embrace the struggle isn’t easy, but it’s often where real growth begins. It’s comforting to know others are walking that path too. I’ll join the convo in /emotional appreciate the nudge.
