Only two choices remain:

It retreats to a mountaintop. Alone.
There, it breaks off its own beak.
Waits as a new one grows.
Then it tears out its old talons.
Next, it rips away the weighty feathers.

150 days of agony, silence, and isolation.
But then — it soars again.
Reborn. Stronger. Lighter.

Sometimes, we must do the same.

Old habits. Limiting beliefs. Comfort zones.

I am so sorry to hear that you are feeling like this!

what can I say regardless of how it may sound is that we have a choice two make. We can either be in the same state of sorrow, or choose to embrace the suffering, to learn to live with and from it,  and move on to our next chapter

It is the hardest thing to do, yet I find it more rewarding!

And also, I don’t think there is anything else than living a life I don’t want mostly because this will make me live with the question of “what if?” constantly kn the back of my mind 🌹
