I lessened my caffeine from 5-7 drinks a day (sodas, red bull, celsius) to 1 per day back in October or Nov last year, and no real impact to headaches.

Then late January I kicked the 1 soda per day habit and then I did have a strong, dull headache about 2-3 days after.  Then no headaches.

Since then (and doing other things too like intermittent fasting), no headaches, slept better, no fatigue, and more energy.

Did you ever get caffeine headaches that only stops after you've had some?
