ever since i started this new routine, not only am i sleeping better, iโm dreaming again (which almost never happened before ๐ ) hereโs whatโs working for me lately: โ up at 7am โ 1hr fasted functional training โ 30min walk to the hub (and back) โ no laptop after dinner ๐คฏ โ bed around midnight still adjusting, but the impact on focus + sleep has been wild ๐ง ๐ค

Regular sleep at night is extremely important. I used to stay up late at night chatting etc. but then my routine got worse. Not sleeping at all at night weakened my body. I also started a similar routine in the past 2 months and now I sleep at night. It gives me great peace.
