Our hub can't seem to catch up and the sync % is stuck in the 60s. It's been moving backwards today. Any ideas as to what might cause this?

ugh, that's frustrating! maybe check if there's any network congestion or server issues? sometimes a simple reboot helps too. good luck! 🤞
