Hey @naaate 👋 Been tuning into Arrowheads lately and gotta say — the focus on small cohorts, real deliverables, and ETH incentives is refreshingly grounded. A few thoughts: • Starting with serious builders? Smart. Maybe share light entry criteria so people know if it’s for them. • ETH drops are 🔥. Over time, rotating votes across trusted members could help scale transparency. • The build path is solid. Public checklists or progress logs could inspire and build trust. • Mini-apps need product-minded leads. Framing them as co-creations might attract the right builders. • Culture is the edge. Stay weird, stay indie. That’s the magic. Really liking where this is going 💭
