The shared $LUM structure feels like more than just rewards—it’s a framework for alignment and creative growth. I support the shift to non-mint submissions and rewarding only top picks—this helps filter for quality. Referral rewards are a smart incentive to bring in aligned talent, not just numbers. To scale meaningfully, though, it may help to clarify what long-term participation looks like for collectors. What’s their incentive beyond patronage? Framing Luminary as a shared evolving legend, rooted in real builders and dreamers, gives it both depth and utility. Onboarding: The biggest challenge is accessibility. A visual lore explorer, “start here” kits, and time-stamped canon snapshots would make it easier for new contributors to plug in. Contribution: Limiting posts to high-effort creators is wise, but clarify how to earn that role—maybe through quests or small remix challenges. Consider observer rewards too. Mini-App: The daily story + echo map format is strong. Reward streaks, encourage creative remixes (audio, visual, AI) to deepen engagement. Culture: Keep the weird and earnest tone alive.
