Okay /superrare community! The response I received to follow up on zeroed accounts is as follows that I've tried to explain it as simply as possible. 👇 

SuperRare Lab: We’ve recently updated the allowance calculation system to focus on trading volume rather than the number of transactions. This change makes wash trading much harder and improves the system’s fairness. Over the past month, we’ve made continuous updates to refine the algorithm.

That said, there was an issue earlier this season where flagged wash trading accounts were mistakenly granted allowances. This was fixed last Friday, and those accounts now have zero allowance.

We’ve taken a very lenient approach to ensure no one in a gray area was unfairly penalized. However, if you believe any account was flagged by mistake, we’d be happy to review it.

Now, how can we protest to see what was the reason for flagging our account and whether this flagging is permanent or just for this season.
Actually, this is not fair because many of us were falsely flagged
