Tears are the language the silence speaks,Falling in moments when strength feels weak.
They glisten like truth, too raw to hide,A river of feeling that flows from inside.
They fall for sorrow, fall for grace,
For wounds unseen on a smiling face.They carry stories, untold, unheard,More honest than any spoken word.
Tears for joy, when hearts run deep,
Tears for dreams we couldn’t keep.They mark the places love has been,Etched in salt upon the skin.Not weakness, no tears are fire,Proof of life and lost desire.
A storm, a prayer, a soul laid bare
Tears mean the heart was truly there.
