best part about working for @dwr.eth is he generally leaves me alone and lets me do my thing unless i need him to unblock me. daily team standups + weekly company meetings keep me aligned on top priorities. personal preference for no regular 1:1s. high trust management made founder -> employee transition easy for me

Autonomy is the #1 thing for me as well as an employee and great testimony to read. From outside it does transpire tbh, from what I could gather from my interactions with you, @horsefacts.eth or @pirosb3
