It seems like Tucker Carlson has in-fact interviewed Vladimir Putin... Is this bad, good, horrible? Free speech vs. giving a stage to those who shouldn't have one?

Talking to people is good. The western world is built on that basis and part of great leadership, which, admittedly, we haven't seen for a while. Who should or should not have a stage is not for any individual to decide. What matters is availability of information. People can decide for themselves what they do with it.
